I’m not sure why I’ve been given the nickname Chabuddy..
I am from a little farm in Lower Almondsbury where I’ve lived with my 7 brothers and sisters. I was never allowed to cook at home because where ever I go I leave a trail of devastation. When I moved out at 19, I started cooking my own food and from then on in it was trial and error until my food became edible.
7 years later I started a company called The Gourmet Sandwich Club where I make BIG grilled sandwiches, and a naughty variety of sides and extremely calorific puddings. This started as a pop up, and now I permanently rent a kitchen and operate a full time takeaway service. I recently started a pudding wholesale business (oowee puddings) supplying to local restaurants and just recently expanded into a late night pudding delivery company.
I really want to learn fine dining but i have a problem with portion control, id also love to learn french patisserie in France and walk around with one of those fancy Collars on! if you have no idea what I’m talking about watch king of pastry! Cooking is my hobby and my job and my business so all i do is cook and eat of course. I love cooking for a living and i love feeding people. I’m probably not good to hang around with if your on a diet. My mum influenced me to cook as she always used to make the most delicious wholesome food growing up, plus she’s one of the best wedding cake makers – she has some mad pudding skills! If I had to advise a new cook, my tip would be to chuck a load of ingredients in a pan and see what happens!
