I first met Jake during my time at university in Liverpool, after exchanging some messages online I took a trip across to Manchester by train. Jake was working in a Size? store at the back of the Arndale on the weekends during his time at college. I had been following him on Instagram for some time, where he shared his photographs of his surroundings and other well dressed Mancunians. Impeccably dressed and always putting my poorly pieced together outfits to shame, I had no idea at the time that Jake was more than a couple of years younger than myself.
Jake’s photography has developed a strong visual identity and as he goes from strength to strength the list of brands he has worked with continues to grow at an ever increasing rate. Below is a selection of photographs he took when in Basel, Switzerland.
