Palace Autumn 2016 Range – First Drop

Looks like the Pea was Savethed.

Although the wind was lying low and the crowd had left their windsurfing boards and wetsuits at home, it was still a full fledged flex zone at 26 Brewer Street this morning. Rumour says the first in line came 7PM last night, but let’s just hope it’s a rumour. It seems like Palace is overtaking Supreme in the queuing sport, but is it for the better or worse?

Nonetheless Palace is creating quite a tailwind with the speed at which its pieces are flying off the shelves. It seems like the crowd increases for every drop – it will be interesting to see how long the wind lasts. As always our photographers had set their sails and headed into the eye of the storm to document the trends of hottest windsurfers lined up for the drop this morning. Enough with the windy puns, this article is getting a bit similar to a shit storm so I’ll try to cut the sails and finish it.

With hundreds of people lining up it was interesting to see the differing patterns in terms of personal style; from older classics to Russian lettering on sweatshirts and joggers. However it still seems like Palace and Supreme are still flying high and prevail as the hottest brands in the current streetwear scene.
